Innovinity was founded in 2025 on a simple conviction: the gap between ideas and real ventures isn't ambition or capital — it's operators who can carry an idea to reality. We exist to close that gap: co-creating ventures with partners who bring an unfair advantage, and advising teams that need an operator's judgment. The result we're after is ventures that outlast us — innovation, built to last.
The founder
Over a decade of building in the Kingdom.
AbdulRahman Al-Mulqi is an entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience building and scaling technology ventures in Saudi Arabia.
He co-founded AYEN, a Saudi PropTech venture in property inspection. As the first full-time founder, he built the company from the ground up — validating a real market pain point, growing it from B2C into B2B, and playing a central role in AYEN's acquisition of the Egyptian construction-tech startup Elmawkaa. He later exited the venture, retaining a minority stake as the company continues to grow.
He holds an Executive Master's in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. This blend of hands-on building and advanced training is what lets Innovinity work as an operator, not just an advisor.
AbdulRahman has also mentored and advised teams at Misk, Omantel, ntdp, Attliq, and others in an individual capacity.
